      <description>&lt;P&gt;How can I get in touch with sky.&amp;nbsp; Every phone no.&amp;nbsp; I try ask for payment which they are not getting as everything I had with sky got cancelled back in April with the 30day notice so last payment was May&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation? If you didn't then it's likely you haven't cancelled properly and now owe Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Exact dates are important as a bill may have been generated whilst you were in your notice period.&amp;nbsp; (Bills are generated 14 days before payment date)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In simple terms it's extremely difficult to talk to them with an outstanding payment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
