    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been a customer since 1990 and have now ended my account becuase Sky left me without tv broadband and landline for 5 weeks.Despite numerous calls they would not send an engineer or replacement router.They were totally incomprtemt and then have now sent me a Termination Charge.Norris 2&lt;/P&gt;</description>
