I had a shock when I went into my bank account to find you had taken a balloon payment of £190, I would just like to know why?.

Not sure what you mean by a balloon payment so if you are a Sky customer then you could be because your discounts have ended and now you are paying the standard price for your services.

I wasn't aware that a Sky purchase loan involved a balloon payment? No doubt someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
