      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am frustrated after being a loyal customer for 12 years and trying to sort out maybe new deal only to be told yet again my payments are going up, talking to India when I can't understand half of what's being said and we might as well have their computer screens in front of us because they all say identical words. Unreal. &amp;nbsp;Sky you really are a money guzzling company, I'm looking for another provider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sky have call centres in quite a few countries including India and Bulgaria. All calls go though to the next available agent wherever they may be based.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;New discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a &lt;STRONG&gt;24 month &lt;/STRONG&gt;minimum term contract. Remember Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Then the 4 days without a box that kept going on the blink that &lt;FONT size="2" color="#808080"&gt;[Removed]&lt;/FONT&gt; cost me 65 for a independent engineer to come out as sky phones were ringing out what &lt;FONT size="2" color="#808080"&gt;[Removed]&lt;/FONT&gt; comp the &lt;FONT size="2" color="#808080"&gt;[Removed]&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;free movie woop a bloody doo.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So Sky I can get plenty of TV and entertainment for £15 a month and not tied to 24 months of repeats comedians and thevies come to mind don't as for the FTTP I can get 1gb for £28 from some else and that's a guaranteed price for 24 months won't go up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So Sky were offering me 100mb £32 guess what the answer was GGTF so I'm taking my costume elsewhere forever can see sky having serious kick back from customers feed up with &lt;FONT size="2" color="#808080"&gt;[Removed]&lt;/FONT&gt; contracts.&lt;/P&gt;

I'd never had a problem. &amp;nbsp;Today I got put through to an Indian call centre. I was just trying to sort out a problem with a house move. I admit it's a slightly non straightforward move due to having a severely disabled wife. It's not an outrageous request. But I'm sure it would have been sorted out by a uk customer service place as the people there know how the UK actually works. The Indian people just stuck to the same script. Each one I spoke to just kept saying the same thing, the exact same words. I was bounced around 6 different customer service people, &lt;FONT size="2" color="#808080"&gt;[Removed]&lt;/FONT&gt;I was on the phone for well over an hour, and still no house move arranged. The one positive was one of them confirmed my broadband is out of contract so I'll be changing provider for that. What an absolute clown show.&lt;/P&gt;
