Am still being charged for daytime calls on sky anytime

My mum is paying £17.99 for Sky Anytime but have just checked her last 3 months bill and she is being charged for calls made during the daytime. One month she was charged an extra £10.00 just for local calls. How can this be rectified?

I suspect the calls were either to non-included numbers, or for more than 60 minutes which are also not included.

As above, could it be this:

'Inclusive UK calls last up to an hour, then charged at 27ppm at any time of day, or hang up and redial as often as you like.'
