      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello - Sky is trying to send me a credit refund &lt;SPAN&gt;but I am unable to receive it by mail because I have moved back the USA and I have closed my UK bank account. I have updated my billing credit card number on my Sky account so I need the refund sent to that credit card number that is on file. Thanks!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As can be seen from the post immediately before yours the issue has been passed to the Messaging Team who have invited you to another private chat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have&lt;STRONG&gt; 48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within &lt;STRONG&gt;48 hours &lt;/STRONG&gt;the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.
