This is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.

No one will call you. Sky won't know who you are from a post as your Community log-in name isn't linked to a Sky account.

Is it something we can help with?

@KatieGotts You need to ring Sky on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone. Or you can use the Contact Us option in the forum footer.
