    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4417561"&gt;@jimmyg1234&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; You are not addressing sky by posting on here and you won't get a response from them we are a customer helps customer forum only who offer advice on sky policy and products&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the advice given in your other thread about suspending payments for 30 days are correct you can't suspend payments&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as for cancelling your direct debit that will do nothing other than cause you more problems than answers and won't get any contact from sky other than demands to setup the payment method again or your services will be suspended indefinitely until they are restored or you risk the complete cancellation of your account if no payment is made within 56 days of the first unpaid bill due date&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
