      <title>Skyglass Refund for quick delivery</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi on 13th June my husband and I visited Currys at Mansfield to look at Skyglass as an option.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Have been with Sky for over 25 years.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;We decided to go ahead and completed the checks and paperwork and paid for delivery as it could be delivered on the Sunday, 15th June which would have enabled myself to get used to the Skyglass TV and show my husband (totally not technical).&amp;nbsp; We paid in total £65.00 - £20.00, plus £45.00.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On Saturday, 14th June received email from Sky that our order had been cancelled!!&amp;nbsp; No reason why in the email so had to get in touch (took an age to get through to right department).&amp;nbsp; It turned out that the people who processed the order at Currys had failed to get me to sign the credit agreement.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So everything was cancelled - as&amp;nbsp; you might imagine not impressed.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Managed to re-order over the phone with Sky but had to pay another £65 out - so now £130.00 out of pocket.&amp;nbsp; Was advised the first lot of £65 would be refunded within 4/5 days.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Now wondering exactly when this will be received.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Anyone got any ideas - overall impression not a great start with Skyglass and as for Currys - wished we hadnt bothered but was a great opportunity to actually see the Skyglass working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As your original order was placed via Curry's and it was them who you pay the initial deposit it should be then who need to refund you that payment so have you spoken to them ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
