    <description>&lt;P&gt;Cancelled sky in February and returned equipment. Email from sky to confirm receipt received in February.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;May monies taken from my account for non return of equipment?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many emails and phone calls with promise of refund still not sorted. Refund promised on 7th June within 5 days. No monies received even email to the do was ignored.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Bills are generated 14 days before the payment date so these were generated even before you gave notice to cancel.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
