&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Another Credit Refund Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This seems to be a common theme here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my broadband plan on May 22nd, date when it was due to expire (I gave notice to Sky on May 3rd, that is, 2 weeks and a half before end date). The contract with my new provider started on May 22nd, so no Sky broadband was used past that date. We returned our Sky kit at the end of May (we received confirmation that Sky had received it on May 28th).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regardless, Sky still charged me for the May 22nd - June 21st period (GBP 46). Currently this amount is sitting in the account as 'Credit going towards my next bill' (I do not have any other Sky products, nor intend to at this point).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there a way of getting this refunded back to my account? My payment details are still active and I have not cancelled my direct debit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
