swap over direct debits

tried for ages to phone a person but no good,im not tech savvy . my wife has had a stroke and her bank has been closed down so i need to put direct debit in my name,i have a interim order which will allow me to do this but this A I thing is doing my head in.my wife has lost her speech and side of her body and the account is liked to her phone which we cant access due to pin

If you know your wife's account details then you should be able to login to her account to do this here:

Are you trying to do this via the MySky app on a mobile device or the link I posted earlier ?

thaks for all your help i have managed to change it,the numbers at the side of the board wasnt working but the ones above the letters was ,cheers again😁
