I am out of my minimum term with Sky on 23rd June 2025 I have just rung Sky to reduce my package which will be £117.50 which I cannot afford so I rung to remove sky sports and sky cinema to reduce the bill !! they have quoted me £84.50 just for Sky signature,multi room and ultra HD after being with Sky for 24 years they do not deserve loyal customers !!

Hi @Porterbrook You must be missing something, the maximum list price (no discounts) is Sky Signature £40.50, Multiscreen £15 and UHD & HD £13 which I make is £68.50 maximum. So what are you being charged £16 for? Have a look at your bill breakdown on the Sky Q box.

I totally agree with you I kept asking the question to explain why the cost of Sky signature was so high but I couldn't get anywhere with it but I shall ring again each day until I get the correct answer as they all tell you something different.
