Direct Debit payment from sky digital

Hi, I recently joined Sky Broadband, and my monthly payment is supposed to be £22 set via direct debit. However, when I checked my bank account, I noticed a scheduled payment to “Sky Digital” for £256. Could you please clarify what this charge is? Will it be corrected?

@Alibvr Can you access your bills via the My Sky app? That would show you what the charge is for. From there ringing Sky on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Talk phone is your best option.
