Hello there. I have some arrears with sky. It's that possible to arrange again a monthly payment instead of the full payment?thank you

Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.

Payment plans are only allowed on devices purchased through credit agreements for subscription based services you have to pay what is fully owed.
