I don't want Netflix and or sky channels I just want standard thing.

@carrieann1980 You need to ring Sky then and see if they can do anything. If you're mid-contract the chances are anything they do offer you will involve starting a new 24 month contract, which doesn't protect you from the annual price increase.

Also, removing Sky Channels would only happen if you are out of contract.

@carrieann1980 In that case you should be able to remove packages without penalty, though if you remove Sky from your package entirely you will have to return the Q box to Sky. Even though you are out of contract you still need to give 31 days notice to cancel.
