      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not yet a customer, I want to chat to a sales person via chat. I am looking at joining sky but have not yet. I would normally call but I cannot at the moment as my phone is broken and I have not got a landline, so I would like to chat to an agent. the useless Sky Assistant bot is completely useless and never actually passes you over to anyone. how can I get hold of someone to discuss my options????&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sel&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What sort of broadband? If it's Superfast and you already have a serviceable master phone socket, usually a couple of weeks or so. If Fibre and home home isn't already connected, it's likely to be considerably longer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
