Notification of Death

I'm trying to notify Sky of death of primary account holder. I also need to change the account into my name as I inherited the home. I am from the U.S. and I am having trouble calling any of the numbers with my U.S. Mobile even though I've tried many things. Please help

Although I live in U.S.. I am also an Irish Citizen.
