      <title>Issues with sky account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an ongoing issue with my sky account and I don't seem to be finding anyway of getting it resolved even though I have spoken with Sky multiple times about&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unable to make changes to tv packages&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unable to upgrade my mobile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unable to access sky vip or see my tenure&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unable to check my tv services&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The only thing I can do is see my bills ok. Has anyone else had these issues? I am getting fed up contacting Sky multiple times to be told it should be resolved within 72 hours and it isn't.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.&lt;/P&gt;
