Need to cancel grandparents TV and Broadband

Hi. My grandparents have been moved into a care home and they have Sky TV and broadband at their old flat which we need to cancel. My uncle has been trying to call but as he doesn't have the password and nobody remembers it he's unable to get past the robot.

Any advice please?

Yes both my Dad and Uncle have power of attorney.
