      <description>&lt;P&gt;My service was supposed to be cancelled on 8/6 but is still live I have tried calling/messaging but all they try to do is sell me the service has anyone else had this issue I don't want to pay &amp;nbsp;for them not disconnecting! I have &amp;nbsp;the disconnection letter!! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cancelled all tv 31 days notice was 8June &amp;nbsp;but it's still on! broadband was disconnected 14 days after cancellation I have the email confirming tv service will disconnect on 8th&lt;/P&gt;</description>
