    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your reply, I think I will have to email paramount as they now have my payment details and I can't access an account!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm guessing this offer is only available if you have sky tv. Not sure why it was offered to me when I'm only a broadband customer!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My sky VIP had an offer for a years free subscription to Paramount plus. I clicked on the link and followed the instructions, selecting the free annual offer, but now when i try to log in, it won't let me on to the app unless i sign up for one of the plans.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know if i have done anything wrong?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did wonder if its becasue I'm only a sky broadband user, do you need a sky tv subscription plan for it to work?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I did the payment part, and set up a payment through PayPal and it said it would renew June 2026.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So now I'm also concernes that next year it will still take a payment and I'm not able to access the account to stop it!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have exactly the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately it appears you cannot delete the account - you can only cancel once you have a subscription in place, and the free one I set up does not appear after you have given the payment details for future payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have emailed Paramount+ to ask them to cancel the account and delete the payment details.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When I log into my account on paramount it says promo 1 year but it then says next billing April 15th which is after the 7 day trial.&amp;nbsp; The email I received from paramount also said next billing 15th Apri 2026. When I signed up it did say 7 days free billing then promotion will start for one year. I'm probably worrying needlessly but is this usual. I'm worried I will be charged the £49 annual fee on the 15th.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
