Missleading email address given

Hi All,

A member of the retention team gave me an email address to follow up on a complaint. That address [removed] It Does Not Work.

Yet again, SKY is letting down a customer with misinformation.

I just want to cancel my account, have got a cancellation figure but can't cancel as I am in contract. How does that compute!

I have a very valid personal reason which will not be discussed.

How can we communicate when we cant communicate.

@Malcolm+Mcnab the contract you agreed to makes it clear that you can't normally cancel a TV contract, while you're in a minimum term deal. Any agreement allowing you to cancel is solely at Sky's discretion

You have no background knowledge of my situation!

You are NOT a sky employee!

You do not have the right to spout off and lecture me about SKY, so I kindly request that you retract the statement until you know the full facts.

@Malcolm+Mcnab I don't think there's anything I should retract. They're the contractual facts.

Go ahead and discuss your personal circumstances with Sky to see if they'll apply the discretion they have and allow you to cancel mid term.
