Was given a refund and I was given a cheque and the cheque was declined but I was given the money by ht pawn brokers how I've to repay them for them being declined by sky

??? Why

Why was payment of the cheque refused? Either the collecting bank (i.e. your bank) or the paying bank gives a reason.

Either way, you'll need to contact Sky, to see if they'll issue a replacement.
