You will need to phone Sky for that.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

If you can't do it online you will have to contact whoever you pay for it with, so if you pay through Sky you'll need to call and give 31 days notice. If you pay TNT direct you need to contact them.

It depends on who you pay for the subscription. If you can't do it via that link you will have to contact Sky or TNT and give 31 days notice.
