I'm a 75 year old pensioner with Dementia and I didn't understand what I was doing but she didn't what to know. I was told that I will have to pay for the box set.</P><P>im now thinking of leaving Sky altogether. It's all about the money that Sky want. If I had known I had to pay for the box set I wouldn't have gone through the stages, i honestly thought I was put my PIN number into because it was a over 18s series.</P><P>im fuming at sky at the moment, what has happened to customer services when they used to treat you with respect?
