How to change community email

Hi. I've changed my email address with sky, so now sky go etc is in new one, but on community I can't seem to change my old one. It's set me up a new account, which is fine, but would like to keep my level. Any ideas if they can be transferred or something? Thanks a lot.

@Dallybally You should be able to update your email address via your Sky account and keep the same Sky ID https://www.sky.com/mydetails

Hi. It has updated there but didn't work here on community. I think sky had to do something at their end for the main account, I changed my email

but it wouldn't let me register stream pucks with it until they did something. I now have 2 separate community accounts somehow.

All you should need to do is to login to here either the same details that you use when logging into Sky Go.

Yea, I can do that, but all my posts and level etc are on my old email. I'd be starting again from scratch.

Unfortunately, you're right, if you would like to change your Community email it would be a case of closing your current account via My settings (this is so you can get your username) and then setting up a fresh account.
