      <description>&lt;P&gt;You're talking to other Sky customers and not Sky...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you've cancelled then you'll receive an email confirming it.&amp;nbsp; That email confirms what equipment needs to be returned.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
