Thats the standard process, the billing continues as usual until your final day as it needs to continue until your service stops. As billing is one month in advance its expected that as a result once your service has ended you will have credit in your account.

If your Sky account is now showing it as credit ( i/e your bill is a minus figure) then if you would like we can escalate to the Sky Messaging Team who can reach out to you and process the credit refund?

I moved my broadband to another company and the swap took place on the day my contract expired. I have been charged almost double what my contracted deal was even though I have left. I am assuming this will be credited back to my account?

When you see a credit on your Sky account it is this that can be refunded so post back on here if you want this refunded otherwise you could be waiting quite a while for it to be automatically refunded.
