No you don't stop it for a couple of reasons. Firstly as you have to give 31 days notice to cancel Sky Q billing continues as usual throughout this period and then any overpayment should appear as a credit on your account so can them by refunded via your direct debit. If you were to cancel it then Sky might not let you cancel until your restore it.

@Kev134 You don't seem to have read the replies or more important who they are from, we are not Sky we can't give any quotes.

Be aware that you can't cancel Sky Q if you're 'in contract'.

This is a customer to customer forum DO NOT CANCEL YOUR DIRECT DEBIT

If you want to cancel your sky q subscription YOU MUST CALL sky and give them notice of 31 days
