I have not received referral rewards. I have made numerous phone calls been lied to by staff have not had calls returned have not received email replies for over eight weeks

You will receive your reward via email, 45 days after your friend or family member's joined Sky and also paid their first bill.

If it's longer than that try emailing the Rewards Team at referafriend@sky.uk

I have tried all this. They have give me a link with the code several times. The code doesn't work says it's already been used. They've done it while I've been on the phone to them. Still didn't work tried it on different systems. They said they'll send Tesco voucher never happened also said they would credit £20 to my account for the inconvenience and would call me to sort out the voucher. Never received the call they don't reply to my emails if I call sky I get referred to numerous amount of different centres asking security details constantly was on the phone for over an hour my mother who I referred also had the same problem. Still haven't received any vouchers

"What should I do if I have problems with My Reward", so is this email address you have been using ?
