Vue Tickets with Sky Cinema, where have they gone?

I'm trying to find the Vue Cinema ticket offer on both my phone and PC, but I cannot find the offer anywhere. I've read the offer goes to December 2025, but cannot find them.

Does anyone still have the offer and if so, where do you find them?

I've looked everywhere on the app and website.

I have opened the app > gone to VIP and scroll down to the second from bottom I have a "Your Vue tickets for April" tile where the codes are.

Have you recently upgraded to cinema etc? There is support information on this article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-cinema-vue-tickets

I have just opened the my sky app and yes the cinema tickets for the Vue are there

So it turns out I have two Sky logins, not sure how that happened.

Anyways, the Vue tickets only appear on one of the login's and not the other.

Scroll down until you see Rewards For You

Swioe right until you see Your VUE tickets for June.

Just now I tried to find the codes for June 2025, but I can not see them on the Mysky app.

Has something changed, does anyone know?

I have exactly the same problem and I've checked every section of the VIP area. I've also deleted and reinstalled the app. I've been using the vue codes for quite a while and this is the first time I've had a problem.

In the VIP section, scroll down to "Rewards for you" and then scroll these tiles to the left and hopefully you will see it.

Apologies, I've found them. I'd just clicked my rewards. There's no indication to swipe, but anyway thanks for your help👍

@MartinDuffois Some people have found them after uninstalling and reinstalling the app to make sure it is the most up to date version.

Once they've done that the following steps have helped them locate the tickets, which are there but just well hidden:

1. Open the My Sky app and then click on the VIP tab. The star icon will turn solid blue in colour.

2. Scroll down to the Rewards For You section.

3. Press and hold a finger onto the first tile and then scroll left. The Vue tickets will be the fourth or fifth tile along.

I've just had the exact same problem so thanks for helping out. - I thought I'd scrolled every last millimetre of the VIP section (after using the vue tics for months before) and couldn't see them. Gotta say, that's pretty sneaky of Sky - they're well hidden.

Have you see the posts above as you need to scroll down to the rewards for you section then scroll to the left.
