I have just changed my plan and was told sky cinema was going to cost £2.50 its showing as £13 I wouldn't have taken this option if it was going to be the full price

Billing isn't instant so if you have only just taken up this offer then it will take a while to appear on your bill and if your next bill is due to be paid in the next 14 days or less it should be shown on the next one but back dated to the date you took up the offer. So have you checked your next bill ?

Yes checked it saying £13 which comes out end of the month

If your billing date is towards the end of the month then I would give it until next Monday and if yournext bill and the one after that are incorrect then you will have to speak to them again about this.
