I'm paying £15 a month for 'TV Essentials'. Checked online and it seems I should get various channels, like Discovery and Sky Atlantic. I don't. So what is it for?

Essentials is the most basic TV option. The difference between Essentials and Ultimate is:

If you aren't getting Atlantic or Discovery you will need to ring Sky and ask why.

If this Essentials on Q then it is not the same as the 'Essential TV' for Sky Stream.

On Q, it only includes free-to-air channels.
