&lt;P&gt;You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:&lt;BR /&gt;(UK) &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/home&lt;/A&gt; Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number&lt;BR /&gt;(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi when I first moved into my property and sighed up to sky I left out one critical part of my address and now every delivery driver never finds my property why is it so hard to update my address&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You need to call Sky to get this amended.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To call Sky dial 150 (free) from either a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile. Alternatively use this link… &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/home&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;UK customers:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a number starting 0333. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;ROI customers:&lt;/STRONG&gt; change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number.
