    <description>&lt;P&gt;I think you'll have to wait to hear from Sky. If the arrears had got to the point of Sky engaging a debt collection agency, I would imagine your Sky account has been closed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have paid my overdue amount on account via the debt agency sky sent it to. This has not been registered by sky and my account is still not reactivated. I paid on friday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i try to reinstate on app it asks me for payment again, even though the balance is now cleared.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i cannot contact sky because the chat bot is broken and i cant call because my account isnt reinstated. What do i do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;And at the very least your payment wouldn't have been processed over the weekend anyway so you will still need to wait for it to clear in Skys account, but as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4639"&gt;@Mark39&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;states if it's got to the debt collection agency stage you've probably missed more than one payment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. If you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can, and do, fully terminate your subscription. They would then seriously consider whether you're payment history is suitable for continued subscription&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
