      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to renew my tv and broadband contract for weeks, it let's me view the tv renewal but as soon as I select to view broadband options I get a "technical difficulties please try later message" message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm now on a rolling contract with an astronomical monthly fee but I can't renew it. Any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
