Remove Paramount Plus

hello

I am trying to cancel and remove Paramount Plus from my Sky Q box.

i have tried clicking on the Paramount tile on my account and the Manage Apps and Subscriptions but nothing is working .

Any ideas please?

For Sky Stream puck or Sky Q - Press Home on your Sky remote, then select My Sky at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll then see a screen with your purchases. Select Your products. You’ll then be asked to enter your Sky TV PIN number.

Then follow the prompts to cancel.

In the Mysky app on a phone or tablet.

Go to the TV section, then My Bill section, there will be a section listed Marketplace, under that click on View subscriptions.

You should be able to cancel it there.

This does not work. No option to cancel there.

Do you have Sky cinema in you packge, if you do you get paramount + with ads as part of your Package at no extra cost . If this is the case you can't cancel this paramount + unless you cancel Sky cinema as well.
