if there are any offers on as i have been with you for years, and i have recently noticed that i cant access catchup. I would also like to see what it is that im getting charged for.

Check your itemised bills online. We obviously can't see your bills.

What is happening when you try to access catchup, are you being asked to upgrade and if so can you access any content in SD ?

You can see what you are paying by looking at your bill:

https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk

You will need to call Sky to see if they will offer you a discount and if they do it will come with a new 24 month contract.
