Products no longer needed!

I have several "products" which i no longer need (Sky Kids ect). How do i cancel them without ringing and being hassled to buy other stuff.

To remove part of your TV package you need to give Sky 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount. You may be able to remove it from your MySky account at

otherwise you can either call Sky or maybe try the messaging service

The chances you will need to call @Steve+in+Wirral if yiu can't do this online so when you do say nothing when asked anything by the bot.
