&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have been with Sky for over 8 years now and my mobile phones for 6 years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have wanted to upgrade my phones and order a smartwatch, however,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am getting this message: Your services are currently being restricted. I click on the link then it takes me to my bills , no issues found.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Today I called Sky to find out what is happening, and they say "We know about this, 30% of customers are having this issue, whould you like to place an order over the phone?" I have asked when will this be sorted, but they can't tell me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Has anyone found a fix or know why this is happening?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
