It was suppose to clear off the balance up till April and start DD again my bill was £61.50 April 25th 19th may but I've had a payment of £162 taken from my bank which would be the outstanding bill from before I reinstated my sky n the ape-may bill which I was told was cleared from my account I had no previous information that it was just added in to my new bill.
