Free gift card not received

When signing up to Sky in December there was an offer of afree gift card. I belive there was a 90 day qualfying period. I haven't received any notifications to advise me how to claim this gift and can get nowhere using the chat option. Any ideas?

How did you sign up to Sky was it directly via the Sky website or did you use a comparison website ?

I don't think is legit as I am waiting for my as well over 120 day emailed them called them and no luck it said after 120 days they will contact me but nothing still ;( it has been over 5 months now . I wrote complain about it as well to them but as we know sky have all the time in the world 🙈🤷‍♀️
