Good Evening,

I would like to cancel my kids package but start paying for no adds on Netflix. Can I do this please?

You might be able to do this online here:
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs

If not then you need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
