      <description>&lt;P&gt;My dd shows as cancelled on my bank list however i havent done this? my payment qas 5th May then says cancelled on 6th May? I WFH so need to make sure there is no gaps in service&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My direct debit shows as cancelled? I got a text from sky saying that I need to make a payment. But I didn't cancel my direct debit. I had to reset my direct debit again! I can see that I'm not the only person who has had this issue on this sky community account. With all the online fraud and scams, I had to make sure that my direct debit was cancelled on my bank account before I reset it on my sky account. I'm baffled and a bit concerned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;In this topic nobody had made any posts prior to you today since last may so it doesn't seem a frequent issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can setup 2FA on your account if you want and should&amp;nbsp;you do so make sure you make a note of the recovery code as using it will allow you to turn it on should you need to do so to update your mobile number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
