      <description>&lt;P&gt;The account is cancelled and we have confirmation of this, the money is sitting in the account as credit but hasn't been refunded to us. The last bill was taken in February. It now says we have money sitting in our balance and the credit goes towards our next bill. Would just like the money back and so far it's nothing but a hassle.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
