      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the Sky Q outage I can't sign into my sky app.&amp;nbsp; It asks for my postcode.&amp;nbsp; I have put it in but states error occurred.&amp;nbsp; I have tried with and without the space.&amp;nbsp; With capitals and without.&amp;nbsp; I don't have a 0 in my postcode&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
