    <description>&lt;P&gt;Prices aren't fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The contract stipulates Sky can ( and usually do) raise the prices once a year ( usually in April). Some customer who subscribe to new contracts from the price rise annoucement to when they kick in are typically put on a 60 day price protection which means they don't see the price increase until the 3rd month of their new contract&lt;/P&gt;</description>
