@DamianM What country are you in? I ask as you mention dollars and Sky don't supply any services to the USA.

Sky services being discussed here relate to the UK or Republic of Ireland only so any monetary amounts should be in GBP or euros. Are you on the correct forum?

Is this to do with Sky branded phones because if so as stated above they are not connected to Sky in the UK.
