Hi, I have recently cancelled my Sky broadband (the service transferred today) but looking on the MySky app, Sky are going to take a direct debit on Friday for the period 16 May - 15 June and then credit back in mid June for that entire period plus a few days from my current bill. The future credit invoice says that it will be held as credit against my next bill (there won't be one!).

is there any way to stop the next payment being taken and if not is there any way to get my actual money back as opposed to a credit sitting with Sky?

Thanks,

Calvin

There is no way to stop the payment coming out as frustrating as it is because the bill itself would have been created 14 days ago so when you were still with Sky. After the bill has been taken and you see a credit on your account for the overpayment if you post back on here we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you via a private message on here as they can help with getting the credit refunded back to you.
